Senior teams still inside the firm · HR and operational sponsors
The pressure is not the problem. The accumulation is.
Four weeks. Three variables: recovery latency, decision stability, coordination friction. Built with Dr Leonard Khirug. No personal disclosure required.
Book 30 minutesWho it is for
The people you rely on most, quietly running on reserve.
A different engagement exists when the role itself has been removed. That one is Executive Transition Advisory.
What we measure
Three variables a sponsor can read.
Recovery latency
Time back to clear functioning after a high-load event. Baselined, then measured again at week four and at day ninety.
Decision stability
Consistency of operational calls across five working days. A five-minute log, nothing more.
Coordination friction
Realignment cycles before a decision becomes execution. Manager observation plus team self-report.
Instruments take under fifteen minutes. Results are aggregated at team level. No individual file is kept.
The work
Recognise. Restore. Reclaim.
Three formats. One method.
Calibrated to depth, not to a budget cycle.
Awareness · 90 minutes
Online or on-site, up to thirty people. First contact with the science, one self-assessment, and a pre-screen for the rest.
Workshop · half-day
One manager-led group of ten to twenty. Three modules, a personal operating protocol each, a manager debrief. No measurement layer.
Pilot · four weeks
Scoping call, on-site half-day, a four-page anonymised report, and an integration clinic at week four. The format you use to decide whether to scale.
The figure is given on the scoping call.
Who delivers it
Two operators. One method.
Both are on-site for the workshop and the pilot.
Questions
What sponsors ask first.
Capacity back in the people you already trust. Measured, or we do not call it a pilot.
